Our services and prices, in one place.
This is our published price list for Oak in Underwood, current at 24 September 2026. It covers facials and skin treatments, body, brows, lashes and waxing, and medical consultation fees. It is not everything we do. Anything you cannot see here is discussed at a consultation, where your clinician assesses you individually and confirms your own plan and its full cost with you in writing.
Treatment pricing and information
Australian law limits how clinics may advertise treatments that involve prescription-only medicines. This page lists prices for our skin, body and beauty services and our medical consultation fees. Any treatment plan, and its full cost, is set out for you in writing at your consultation after an individual assessment.
Some concerns can only be discussed after an individual assessment. In a consultation your clinician takes a full history, assesses you individually, and explains the options that may be appropriate for you — including doing nothing — with the risks, the recovery, the likely number of appointments and the cost of each. Where treatment is appropriate for you, you leave with a written plan and a quote. Where it is not, your clinician explains why and what else may help.
There is no obligation to proceed at any stage, and nothing is decided on the spot. Consultations are for adults aged 18 and over, and treatment is only offered where it is clinically appropriate for you. If you cannot see a service or an area on this page, ask reception.

Every price on this page is the amount you pay, with GST included. The smaller figure under each price is the amount before GST. Medical consultations are GST-free, so no GST is added to those.
Cosmetic consultations
Cosmetic appointments begin with a consultation with Kirby Shannon (NMW0002042639), Registered Nurse (Division 1), general registration. It covers your history and an individual assessment, what is realistic for you, the risks and recovery, the costs, and the alternatives — including no treatment. Reception confirms the consultation fee, and whether any part of it is credited against treatment, before you book. The fee covers the assessment and is payable whether or not you go ahead with treatment. Your treatment plan is quoted separately in writing.

Skin treatments
Skin treatments are chosen after a skin assessment, and most are planned as a series of appointments rather than a single visit. How many, and how far apart, is decided with you and depends on your skin. Prices below are per session. Add-ons are optional and charged on top of the treatment price; they are not included unless you ask for them. Results vary between individuals, and some treatments involve redness or a few days of downtime, which is explained at your appointment before treatment begins.

Body
Body treatments target localised areas and are not a weight-loss service. They are not suitable for everyone, so suitability is checked at a consultation first. Sessions are usually booked as a course: the course of ten works out at $264 a session including GST ($240 before GST), paid in advance, with the period you have to use the sessions confirmed in writing before you pay. If treatment cannot or should not continue, unused sessions are refunded. Measurements are recorded so your clinician can review how you are responding. Results vary between individuals and no particular result is promised.

Brows, lashes and waxing
Brows, lashes, waxing and spray tan can be booked directly without a consultation. A patch test is needed at least 48 hours before your first tint, lash lift or lamination. It is a separate short appointment, so please book it first — we cannot treat you on the day without it. Prices are per service.

Medical consultations
Medical consultations are with Dr Julie O'Connell (MED0000939741), Medical Practitioner, general registration, and cover everyday health concerns, health assessments, menopause, skin checks, and weight and metabolic health. A long consultation is for more than one concern, or for a matter that needs more time. Nurse telehealth is with Kirby Shannon, Registered Nurse, and is not a doctor's appointment; it cannot include prescriptions, referrals or medical certificates. Telehealth appointments are for medical review, results and ongoing care — cosmetic assessment and treatment planning are always in person. Fees are explained before you commit, including consultation fees and any pathology charges. Whether a Medicare rebate applies depends on the service provided and is determined at your appointment, not at booking. Pathology and imaging are charged separately by the provider.

Choose your appointment
Facials, brows, lashes, waxing and spray tan can be booked online or by phone. Skin and body treatments start with an assessment, which is booked as a separate appointment; reception will confirm the fee for it. If you are not sure what you need, book a consultation and we will work it out together — the consultation fee is confirmed with you before you book. Consultations for cosmetic and medical care are for adults aged 18 and over.

Your clinician takes a history, looks at the area you are concerned about and assesses whether treatment is appropriate for you. You will talk through the suitable options, including doing nothing, along with the risks, the recovery, how many appointments are likely and what it all costs. Where treatment is appropriate for you, you leave with a written plan and quote. If it is not appropriate, your clinician explains why and what else may help.

Book treatment when you are ready
Treatment is booked as a separate appointment, so you have time to read your plan and ask anything you have thought of since. Nothing goes ahead until you have had time to consider it and tell us you want to proceed.
Prices are current at 24 September 2026 and may change; the price quoted when you book applies, and we tell you before you confirm. Each price is for one session of the service named and includes GST where GST applies; the smaller figure under each price is the amount before GST, and your receipt shows the GST charged. Medical consultations are GST-free. Gift cards can be used for skin, body and beauty services and retail products; they are not redeemable for cash or towards a cosmetic procedure. A consultation and individual assessment are required before any cosmetic procedure, and cosmetic services are for adults aged 18 and over.
